I haven't been the girl in the photo for about 5 years now, but that's still the girl who shows up as the first person in my dreams.
i'm living a life that doesn't feel entirely mine. though, it doesn't feel to be anyone else's either.
i lost a husband in 1998 to a drunk driver. i divorced my best friend in 2003.
but i'm now married again (third time's a charm, right?) to a wonderful man who i don't mention often, only because i generally like to keep him all to myself and close to my heart.
we're childfree - but don't tell our pomeranian, Dixie "Doodle Kanoodle" (she doesn't know she's not a human!) or our three spoiled kitties.
i read a lot, listen to lots of random music while working, and enjoy playing with code.
i'm geeky, shy, neurotic, silly, and generally lovable despite it all. :)
